These questions explain how your order is delivered and how quickly you’ll receive access.

How do I receive my purchase?

After checkout, you’ll receive an email from LeanLife Journey with your download link.
Since everything is digital, nothing is shipped.

Do I need to create an account?

Guest checkout is available, so you don’t need to create an account.

How fast is delivery?

Delivery is instant after payment is confirmed. In some cases, it may take a few minutes.

I didn’t receive the email—what should I do?

Check Spam/Junk/Promotions, then search your inbox for “LeanLife Journey” or “order”.

Downloads & Access

Where do I download my files?

Find your download link inside the order email. If you can’t find it, contact support and we’ll help.

Can I download on my phone or tablet?

All products are delivered as PDF files and work on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Is there a download limit or expiry?

Yes, for security:

  • Download limit: 3 downloads

  • Link expiry: 14 days
    If your link expires or you reach the limit, email support@leanlifejourney.com and we’ll restore access.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept PayPal.

Is my payment information stored on your website?

Payments are processed securely through PayPal, so your full payment details are not stored on our site.

Privacy

What information do you collect when I order?

We collect only what’s needed to process your order and deliver your download (such as your name, email, country/region, and order details).

Do you sell my personal information?

We never sell your personal information. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Our products are delivered as digital downloads.
For this reason, sales are considered final once access is provided.
However, if you experience a technical issue, contact us and we’ll fix it.
For example, this can include a broken link, a missing file, or a download error.
If we cannot deliver your purchase due to an issue on our side, we will let you know.
If we can’t resolve it, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Can I share or resell the files?

LeanLife Journey products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
