How do I receive my purchase?

After checkout, you’ll receive an email from LeanLife Journey with your download link. Nothing is shipped everything is delivered digitally.

Do I need to create an account?

No. We use guest checkout only and do not require account creation.

How fast is delivery?

Usually instant after payment is confirmed (sometimes it can take a few minutes).

I didn’t receive the email—what should I do?

Check Spam/Junk/Promotions, then search your inbox for “LeanLife Journey” or “order”.

Downloads & Access

Where do I download my files

Your download link is inside the order email.

Can I download on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Our products are PDF files and work on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Is there a download limit or expiry?

Yes, for security:

  • Download limit: 3 downloads

  • Link expiry: 14 days
    If your link expires or you reach the limit, email support@leanlifejourney.com and we’ll restore access.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal.

Is my payment information stored on your website?

No. Payments are processed securely through PayPal, and we do not store your full payment details on our site.

Privacy

What information do you collect when I order?

We collect only what’s needed to process your order and deliver your download (such as your name, email, country/region, and order details).

Do you sell my personal information?

Refunds

Do you offer refunds

Because our products are digital downloads delivered electronically, all sales are final once access is provided.If you experience a technical issue (broken link, missing file, download error), contact us and we’ll fix it. If we cannot deliver your purchase due to an issue on our side and cannot resolve it, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Usage

Can I share or resell the files?

No. LeanLife Journey products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
